Our brownies and blondies are perishable items and as such unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, please do contact us if you have any issues, and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our return address to deal with them.
Please note that we use a courier to ship your brownies and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore we are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen. However we will do our best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.
To return your product, you should contact us first to obtain a returns address. Unfortunately we cannot deal with any items which have been returned to us without first letting us know.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping products worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
